Job Description
We are on a mission to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. Nexus Horizon Systems is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our next-generation generative intelligence division. If you are passionate about building scalable, ethical, and groundbreaking AI systems that will power the future, we want to hear from you.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, overseeing the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents. You will work in a high-performance environment where innovation is the currency.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data for 2026-ready applications.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for specific enterprise use cases, focusing on latency reduction and accuracy.
- AI Strategy: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI adoption, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and integrating them into our product suite.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with a world-class R&D team to pioneer new architectures in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and multimodal learning.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
