Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in the development of proprietary LLMs and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Mentor junior staff, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for MLOps and model deployment.
- Research cutting-edge advancements in deep learning to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategies for AI innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
