Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers).
- Lead technical architecture for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric product features.
- Optimize model latency, throughput, and resource utilization for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
