Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance neural network architectures tailored for 2026 predictive modeling requirements.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms to enhance real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for latency reduction and computational efficiency in cloud and edge environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core product ecosystems.
- Define best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in all model outputs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of transformer models, generative AI, and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP) and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
