Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning models and neural architectures for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and alignment with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Security Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing algorithms for real-time processing and reduced latency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
