Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, specifically focusing on AI integration and predictive modeling for 2026.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, driving the adoption of next-gen frameworks and tools.
- R&D: Spearhead research and development efforts to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks. Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Project 2026 Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead long-term, multi-year technical projects with a focus on futuristic trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced Robotics).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
