Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of core AI models for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-throughput data processing and real-time decision making.
- Oversee the implementation of MLOps pipelines to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical standards.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends in AI.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or distributed systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
