Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leads to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and innovate in ambiguous environments.
