Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models and neural networks, optimizing for inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural solutions.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in AI research and hardware acceleration (e.g., GPU clusters) into our production pipeline.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and data governance strategies to protect sensitive user data and model intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Project 2026 Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working on complex, large-scale AI projects involving NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
