Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models and deep learning frameworks tailored for future market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and security experts to define technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for AI development and deployment pipelines.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive leadership to secure buy-in for Project 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Strong grasp of system design principles, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
