Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance for AI workloads.
- Model Strategy: Lead the selection and optimization of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and orchestrate MLOps pipelines for continuous deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Innovation: Explore cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architecture search to drive product differentiation.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and production-grade software, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, reduce latency, and optimize inference costs for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is essential.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying complex deep learning models in production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage technical roadmaps, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
