Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructures capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Generative AI Innovation: Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Quantum Readiness: Adapt current deep learning architectures to be compatible with future quantum computing environments.
- System Optimization: Optimize neural network latency and efficiency, ensuring our AI operates seamlessly on edge devices and cloud ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate theoretical research into deployable, production-grade software.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting advanced technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Cognitive Science.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network theory, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Tools & Cloud: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
