Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI models, ensuring they meet the ambitious goals set for the 2026 product release.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and high-performance systems capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time inference.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource utilization to ensure a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead AI engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models, particularly in Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align technical architecture with long-term business objectives and industry trends.
