Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust AI/ML infrastructure capable of scaling to enterprise levels, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Model Development: Lead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools tailored for Project 2026 objectives.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and model inference, reducing latency and increasing computational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
