This is a high-impact role where you will define the technical standards for our flagship 'Project 2026' initiative.
We are looking for a thought leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production environments, ensuring our systems are robust, ethical, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Design distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready computing paradigms.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI governance, fairness, and ethical safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with generative AI models and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
