Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Quantum Integration: Develop algorithms that seamlessly integrate classical AI with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision, pushing the boundaries of what AI can perceive.
- Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company-wide business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong theoretical background in quantum mechanics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
