Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable deep learning architectures for Project 2026 including LLMs and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production workflows.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future iterations.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI safety and scalability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems.
