Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and Machine Learning systems focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, scalability, and accuracy.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with NLP and Computer Vision technologies is highly preferred.
