Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development efforts in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and predictive modeling.
- System Optimization: Implement advanced machine learning pipelines to optimize data throughput and reduce latency in real-time decision-making systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and conducting deep-dive technical workshops.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or leadership roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
