In this role, you will define the architectural vision for our core AI models, ensuring they are robust, secure, and capable of handling massive computational loads. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages experimentation and rewards innovation.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement the end-to-end architecture for the Project 2026 core engine, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and high performance.
- Lead the research and development of novel machine learning algorithms, specifically within the realms of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in cloud-native environments.
- Ensure the security and ethical use of AI, implementing rigorous guardrails for model outputs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core engine, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Research and prototype novel machine learning algorithms to solve complex, unsolved problems in AI safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define technical best practices, code standards, and review high-level system design documents.
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization to support real-time data processing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (5+ years of relevant industry experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
