Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale machine learning models and infrastructure.
- Define technical strategies for the 'Project 2026' roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and software engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and industry regulations.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
