Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling billions of data points with zero latency.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Computing applications for 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Vision: Translate abstract futuristic concepts into concrete architectural patterns and technical roadmaps for the engineering team.
- Optimization & Performance: Ensure systems are future-proofed, highly secure, and optimized for the hardware of tomorrow.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with quantum algorithms, blockchain integration, or advanced natural language processing models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, the ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a passion for solving the impossible.
