Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI agents and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize large-scale distributed systems for high-performance inference.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with deep learning frameworks.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and architectural decision-making.
