Responsibilities

- Conduct research on emerging trends in Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
- Guide the technical direction of the 'Project 2026' roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
