Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum computing, and distributed systems to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data governance best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
