Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize deep learning pipelines for high-volume inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel Transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Ensure model robustness, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record deploying LLMs or Generative AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
