- Design robust data pipelines and MLOps workflows to ensure model reliability and continuous learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and hardware accelerators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments at scale.
