Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) using transformer architectures.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
- Data Strategy: Lead the strategy for data ingestion, cleaning, and processing to ensure high-quality training datasets.
- Optimization: Implement techniques for model quantization and optimization to ensure low-latency inference on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing applications seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on NLP or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Deployment: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and optimize model performance.
