Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on LLM optimization and multi-modal AI integration.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the AI infrastructure team to ensure reliability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data scientists, and engineers—to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
