Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Architectures: Design and implement scalable, efficient deep learning models capable of advanced reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Optimize Model Performance: Reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies in AI training pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex AI projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Model Training: Deep expertise in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (GPT-4, LLaMA, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle novel problems in unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning.
