Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making for complex enterprise workflows.
- Optimize large-scale machine learning models for low-latency inference in high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic tech concepts into actionable product features.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks for AI safety, fairness, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 tech roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience building LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
