Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable deep learning architectures for next-generation autonomous agents.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer hardware products.
- Ensure model interpretability, ethical AI compliance, and rigorous bias mitigation.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for edge deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying complex models to production environments at scale.
- Experience with MLOps and model versioning (MLflow, DVC).
