Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable deep learning models and neural architectures optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems in real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system robustness and scalability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum computing, and hardware acceleration.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU optimization is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
