Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex AI models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to define long-term AI roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new tools and frameworks to keep our technology stack cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
