Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the architectural vision for our proprietary neural network frameworks, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and optimize existing codebases for efficiency and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and managing large-scale datasets (MLOps).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
