Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic goals and long-term product vision.
- System Design: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of models to ensure low latency and high accuracy in production environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years of specialized experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
