Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for next-generation generative AI models, specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the technical strategy for scaling our Large Language Models (LLMs) to handle multi-modal, real-time inference at enterprise scale.
- Define and implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, safety, and alignment with human values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI concepts into tangible products.
- Ensure the security and privacy of proprietary data across all AI pipelines and deployment environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically monitoring advancements in quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware for future AI integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deep learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (Kubernetes, MLflow, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions that have impacted millions of users.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in training data.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
