Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI capabilities targeting the 2026 market landscape, including GenAI integration and predictive analytics.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-gen machine learning workloads at scale.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in AI engineering.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for C-level executives and product managers.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging AI technologies to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking technology strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
