Your Mission
As our lead AI Architect, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our proprietary machine learning platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and capable of handling the complex data challenges of the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data streams.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Generative AI models tailored for 2026 enterprise deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing primitives into existing neural network infrastructures.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists on best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy for high-frequency edge deployment scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong grasp of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and governance frameworks.
