Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions designed to support long-term business growth and 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the design and deployment of robust data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Define best practices for model training, validation, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive and future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong expertise in MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
