Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize scalable AI/ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Lead the design and training of proprietary LLMs and multimodal models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model fairness.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI.
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strong experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
