Responsibilities

- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for real-time, production-grade applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI implementation frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, model evaluation, and safety audits to ensure reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art LLMs and generative models in high-scale production environments.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, vector databases, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
