Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI models into core business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to define roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with global standards.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architecture assessments to mitigate technical debt.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms) for potential adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience designing systems that handle high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
