The Role
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, integrating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Drive innovation in explainable AI (XAI) to ensure transparency and trust in automated decision-making systems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at an enterprise scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
