Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, ethicists, and product managers to define technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated retraining frameworks.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI integration, Transformer improvements) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to security standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
