Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms designed for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of world-class engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical blueprints.
- Ensure robustness, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Optimize existing neural networks for real-time inference and low-latency performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Extensive experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and microservices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
