Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on generative AI and deep reinforcement learning.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products, optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept studies to validate new algorithms and hardware-software co-designs.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Present technical strategies and architectural decisions to executive leadership to drive strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, transformer architectures, and computer vision technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
