Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Lead the architectural vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, latency optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Design Scalable Pipelines: Architect end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, from data ingestion and processing to model training, evaluation, and deployment (MLOps).
- Lead Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, Autonomous Agents) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Drive performance tuning and quantization strategies to ensure models run efficiently on edge devices and massive server clusters.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience deploying models on major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
