Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our upcoming AI platforms, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- AI Model Integration: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core infrastructure products.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Set the highest technical standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Edge AI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
