Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) deployments.
- Lead the design of high-availability systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system performance tuning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and generative AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
